Matching Time To Values

I was reminded again today, by two different people regarding two different situations, about the importance to be keenly aware your values and to structure your life and time commitments around them. Lately I don't think I have done as good a job of that as I could. I know I've posted on this topic before but, it is always good to have a reality check from time to time.
